Butler Memorial Hospital Opens New Outpatient Services Office in Zelienople(BUTLER, PA) – Butler Memorial Hospital has opened a new outpatient services office on Main Street in Zelienople.Located at 322 S. Main St. (the former Dr. Gold’s office), the Outpatient Services of Butler Memorial Hospital office offers lab and x-ray services, including blood work, urine collection, and x-ray services Mondays through Fridays from 7:30 am – 4 pm. Anyone can use the services with any physician’s order – even physicians who are not affiliated with BMH. Outpatient Services of BMH will ensure that the patient’s physician receives the results. “We’re very pleased to offer these services to Zelienople community members in a new location that is convenient for them,” said Jana Panther, outpatient services supervisor. “We are looking forward to serving the community and eventually expanding our services to include mammography in the near future.” Most insurance plans will be accepted at the outpatient site, and services will be covered the same as if they had been performed at the hospital. The new office, located in the same building as the recently opened Butler Medical Associates office, will replace the Outpatient Services of BMH office at the LAS Health Center at 400 W. Culvert St. However, patients from the Passavant Retirement Community can still use the LAS Health Center location. Those patients can call LAS for more information. Butler Memorial Hospital now has 11 outpatient services locations throughout Butler and surrounding communities. Each office provides a range of outpatient services, including lab, x-ray, MRI, mammography, and physical therapy.
