Board of Trustees

David Foreman

David ForemanThree-year term expires: December 31, 2009

David Foreman, vice president of Foreman Architects Engineers Inc., brings three different perspectives to the Butler Health System Board of Trustees. His experience as an engineer brings an understanding of architectural/engineering and construction issues, something vitally important as BHS embarks on its expansion plans. In addition, his experience as a partner of a successful firm gives him an intimate understanding of business that can be applied to hospital operations. He’s also a user of the hospital’s health services and is able to bring patient perspectives to the board. “Since I’ve been associated with the hospital, a lot of thought has been given to what to do about various limitations with the current physical plant,” David said. “We’ve done several studies and have been working hard to determine what to do about it.” As for the future, David envisions the hospital maintaining its current level of excellence, adding new services and improving existing ones. “Completing a physical plant upgrade will allow us to reinforce our position as a regional healthcare provider,” he said.
